The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine (re Improvement of Bankruptcy Procedures and Peculiarities of Licensing of Activity of Bankruptcy Commissioners) at the First Reading

The Bill (Reg. No. 2148) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Restoration of Debtor Solvency or Declaration of Bankruptcy" and "On Licensing certain Types of Economic Activity" appertaining to the enhancement of procedures related to bankruptcy, and introduction of licensing of activity of bankruptcy commissioners.

The Bill also regulates social protection of the employees in case reorganization is performed.
